How to transfer balance from Rankstel connection.

To transfer balance from one Rankstel connection to another  Rankstel connection please follow below step.

Before balance transfer you need to reset your password. Please see the below step.

HOW  TO RESET PASSWORD (Service is FREE)

1. Call/Dial 4343
2. Then select 1 for language Bangla.
3. Then select 2 for reset your password.
4. Enter your old password 1234 & press #. 1234 is preinstalled password.
5. Then enter your new password like 4567 & press #.
6. Then enter again your new password like 4567 & press #.

HOW  TO TRANSFER BALANCE FROM YOUR RANKSTEL CONNECTION.

1. Call/Dial 4343
2. Then select 1 for language Bangla.
3. Then select 6 for balance transfer.
4. Then enter your new password like 4567 & press #.
5. Press 1 for confirming balance transfer from your main account.
6. Then enter balance receiver's Rankstel number  like 04475....... & press #.
7. Press 1 for  double confirming balance transfer from your main account.
8. Enter your  desire amount & press #. For Taka 10 you need to write 1000,  For Taka 1 you need to write 100, That means you need to write extra "00"
9. Press 1 again for  confirming balance transfer.

Finally you transfer your balance amount to your desire number.
